Our Signing Agents

Our Vetting Process

All of our signing agents are NNA-certified and required to possess at least one year of prior signing experience before being allowed to join our team and perform closings.  We request several professional references and the agent must demonstrate industry knowledge and professionalism via our application and interview process.

Our compliance department reviews and verifies that all of our active signing agents maintain a valid notary certification, title producer’s license or bar commission (where required) and an errors and omissions insurance policy. Additionally, our agents are required to undergo an annual background check that meets the criteria of the Signing Professionals Workgroup.  With our screening and interview process, you can be assured that only the most qualified and experienced agents will be handling your closing.

Agent Ranking and Assignment

Each of our agents is ranked by our platform's proprietary algorithm that takes into account recent and historical performance, closings completed, client feedback and other metrics.  Our dynamic ranking system automatically ensures that the best agent is assigned and incentivized to deliver outstanding service at every closing, but partners also have the ability to manually choose agents and flag favorites for future signings.
